Judah Code Technologies is looking for a proactive Placement Officer to connect students with career opportunities and build strong relationships with companies and recruiters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and recruitment activities.
- Connect with companies to identify job and internship opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiters and HR teams.
- Guide students on resumes, interviews, and career preparation.
- Track placements and maintain recruitment records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid communication, coordination, and networking skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or placement coordination is preferred.
