Key Responsibilities

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 6 to 8+ years of experience in construction site planning, with proven accountability for project scheduling on large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD,



ERP systems, and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve financial and scheduling issues.
- Experience working within a matrix organization, across different functions and sub-regions, with minimum supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communication (fluent in English), robust interpersonal and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple contractors, vendors, and high-pressure deadlines.
- Certification such as PMP, PSP, PRINCE2, CCM, or Lean Construction is a plus.
