Role Description The Physics Faculty for NEET & JEE will design and deliver classroom lectures and problem-solving sessions in Physics for students preparing for NEET and JEE examinations. Daily responsibilities include planning lesson schedules, creating and updating study materials, assigning and reviewing homework, and conducting regular tests to assess student performance. The faculty member will clarify doubts, provide individualized academic support, and use exam-oriented strategies and techniques to improve conceptual understanding and speed.

This is a full-time,



on-site role located in Bhubaneswar, requiring active participation in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and student mentoring initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong subject-matter expertise in Physics and Theoretical Physics relevant to NEET and JEE syllabi.
- Background in Physics Education with the ability to simplify complex concepts and design effective instructional strategies.
- Competence in Mathematics to support problem-solving and numerical applications in Physics.
- Exposure to Astronomy or related domains is beneficial for broadening conceptual examples and student engagement.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Physics or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Prior teaching experience for NEET, JEE, or similar competitive exams is strongly preferred.
