Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based at Agape Health in Aluva. The Physiotherapist will assess patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapies and exercise programs tailored to patient needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting clinical evaluations, documenting progress, educating patients and caregivers on home exercises and preventive care, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals as needed.

The role also involves using rehabilitation equipment safely, monitoring patient responses to treatment, and adjusting protocols to promote optimal recovery.



The Physiotherapist is expected to maintain high ethical standards, follow clinical guidelines, and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

- Relevant degree or diploma in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution; valid professional registration or license as required by local regulations.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills in musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
- Ability to design and implement individualized exercise and rehab programs, including manual therapy and therapeutic modalities.
- Clear, empathetic communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Good documentation and organizational skills, with attention to detail and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Capacity to work full time in an on-site clinical setting, including maintaining professional conduct in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuing career development and openness to learning new techniques and technologies.
- Experience in a rehabilitation or clinical physiotherapy setting is an advantage; familiarity with advanced physiotherapy equipment is a plus.
