We're Hiring | Pod Lead – Electrical Engineering & Computer Science

Mandatory: Ph.D. qualification AND previous professional experience as a Pod Lead. Both are non-negotiable.

We are looking for experienced PhD professionals to lead a team of technical experts working on advanced AI training and evaluation projects.

What you'll do:

- Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 technical trainers.
- Review and validate complex engineering and computer science tasks, codebases, simulations and automated evaluations.
- Ensure technical accuracy, quality and reproducibility.
- Manage task allocation, technical reviews and delivery.

Mandatory Criteria (Non-Negotiable):

1. Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a closely related discipline.
2. Previous professional experience as a Pod Lead,



managing a technical team, quality reviews and delivery.
3. Solid programming proficiency in C/C++, Rust, Python, MATLAB, Julia, Fortran or HDL.
4. Advanced Linux/terminal proficiency.
5. Hands-on expertise in at least one area: HPC, Systems Programming, Scientific Computing, Circuit Simulation, Signal Processing, Power Systems or Digital Hardware Design.

Engagement Details:

- Open Positions: 10
- Duration: 4 weeks (contract)
- Workload: 40 hours/week
- Compensation: USD 20–30/hour
- Availability: 4 hours of overlap with Pacific Time required.
- Location: Remote | India and other eligible countries.
