Yellow Octo LLP is a performance-driven agency operating at the intersection of media buying, affiliate marketing and digital acquisition. We focus on generating high-intent traffic and scaling lead-generation campaigns across competitive niches.

We are looking for an execution-focused Performance Media Buyer who can independently manage, optimize and scale lead-generation campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Plan, launch and manage lead-generation campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor and optimize daily ad spends, CPL, CPA, conversion rates and lead quality.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct audience research, keyword research and competitor analysis.

•⁠ ⁠Develop and test different ad creatives, hooks, headlines and copy variations.

•⁠ ⁠Run A/B tests to improve campaign performance and reduce acquisition costs.

•⁠ ⁠Optimize landing pages, pre-landers and lead forms to improve conversion rates.

•⁠ ⁠Manage tracking and attribution using Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI) and UTM parameters.

•⁠ ⁠Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to pause, optimize or scale campaigns.





•⁠ ⁠Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights.

Required Skills & Experience

•⁠ ⁠1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or media buying.

•⁠ ⁠Practical experience managing direct-response lead-generation campaigns.

•⁠ ⁠Solid working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including audience targeting, Lookalike Audiences and Advantage+ campaigns.

•⁠ ⁠Experience running Google Search and Performance Max campaigns.

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of bidding strategies such as Maximize Conversions and Target CPA.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to monitor campaign budgets and optimize CPL, CPA and lead quality.

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, CAPI and conversion tracking.

•⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of landing page optimization, CRM integrations and automation tools such as Zapier or Make.com.

•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

•⁠ ⁠Fixed: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, based on experience and demonstrated campaign performance.

•⁠ ⁠Variable: Up to ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, linked to lead volume, lead quality and campaign profitability.
