ZepoteQ Business Solutions is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Conduct audience research and keyword analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions and advertising costs.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Test different ad creatives, copies and campaign strategies.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.

? Skills & Requirements:

- Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.




- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and online advertising.
- Basic understanding of CPC, CTR, CPL and ROAS.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn, experiment and grow in the digital marketing field.
