We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager

We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands performance marketing, not just how to put money behind a post.

Someone who knows the difference between boosting content and building a proper paid-media strategy, and can independently manage the complete performance marketing journey.

What you should know

- Google Ads: Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube and remarketing
- Meta Ads: Instagram & Facebook
- Boosting vs structured campaigns through Meta Ads Manager / Business Suite
- Audience building, targeting and retargeting
- Campaign planning, budgeting and optimisation
- Pixels, tracking, GA4 and conversion measurement
- Creative performance: understanding which hooks, formats, products and CTAs are actually working
- Lead generation and customer acquisition
- Reading data and turning it into clear next steps
- Keeping up with new platforms,



tools and changes in digital advertising

The objective is simple:Bring new and relevant customers to Khwaahish and convert digital discovery into quality store walk-ins. We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, commercially sharp Someone who can think independently, experiment, learn quickly and take ownership rather than simply execute instructions.

Experience with luxury, fashion, jewellery, beauty or premium consumer brands is a plus, but strong performance-marketing capability matters more.

This is a full time, on-site role in Chennai and a great opportunity to work closely with brand, content and creative teams while building performance marketing for a luxury jewellery house.
