Role Description The Performance Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive ROI and measurable growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and audience research, creating and managing ad campaigns, monitoring key performance metrics, and preparing performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients.

The role also involves collaborating with sales, web development, SEO, and content teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals, executing A/B tests,



and staying current with industry trends and platform updates. The Executive is expected to maintain clear communication with stakeholders, manage budgets efficiently, and support continuous improvement in campaign strategy and execution.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design, execute, and optimize performance-focused campaigns.
- Robust Market Research capabilities to analyze audiences, competitors, and trends for data-driven decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present campaign results clearly.
- Exposure to Sales and performance-driven environments, with an understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads and Meta Ads) and basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Ability to interpret campaign data, manage budgets, and perform A/B testing to improve ROI and key performance indicators.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in the Pune Division as part of a collaborative team.
