About the Role

We’re a growing fashion and lifestyle brand looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer to plan, run and scale our paid campaigns. You’ll own ad spends across Meta, Google and other channels, with a focus on driving profitable sales and improving ROAS for our apparel D2C business.

Requirements

- 1+ year of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in fashion, apparel, lifestyle or D2C e-commerce
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Good understanding of metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, AOV and conversion rate
- Familiarity with GA4, Meta Pixel/CAPI, GTM and Shopify analytics
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to manage ad budgets and make data-driven decisions
- Positive communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work from our Gurugram office

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram),



Google (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube) and other platforms
- Manage daily budgets, bids and scaling to hit targets for ROAS, CAC, CPA and revenue
- Run funnel-based campaigns (prospecting, retargeting, catalogue/DPA) for new launches, sale events and festive seasons
- Work with the creative team to brief, test and iterate on ad creatives (reels, static, UGC, carousels)
- Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, copy and landing pages
- Track performance in GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Shopify, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Identify drop-offs in the funnel and suggest improvements in the website, product pages and checkout
- Keep up with ad platform updates, competitor ads and fashion marketing trends
- Coordinate with merchandising, design and e-commerce teams on inventory, offers and campaign calendars.
