? Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI, CPC, CTR, conversions, and lead quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate quality leads and achieve campaign objectives.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with the content and design teams to create effective ad creatives and landing pages.
- Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Track campaign budgets and ensure efficient use of advertising spend.

✅ Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of paid advertising, lead generation, and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with campaign tracking, analytics, and performance metrics.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.




- Willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends.

? Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or prior experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and social media marketing.
- Experience with campaign reporting and data analysis.
