Role Description The Performance Marketing Intern will support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with campaign setup, monitoring key performance metrics, preparing reports, and helping identify opportunities for improving ad performance. The intern will collaborate with marketing and content teams on audience research, targeting, and creative testing,



and help coordinate communication with stakeholders as needed.

This is an on-site internship role based in Bhopal, offering hands-on experience in performance marketing within a fast-paced digital environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and, when needed, external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze audiences, study competitors, and contribute to data-informed campaign planning.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to understand funnels, conversion drivers, and support performance-focused initiatives.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., social media ads, search ads), analytics tools, and performance metrics is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, manage time effectively, and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
