Job Responsibilities:





- Assist passengers during airport check-in and boarding procedures.
- Verify passenger tickets, identification and travel documents.
- Issue boarding passes and assist with seat allocation.
- Coordinate baggage tagging and excess baggage requirements.
- Guide passengers regarding flight schedules, boarding gates and airport facilities.
- Handle passenger queries, complaints and special assistance requests.
- Coordinate with airline and airport operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with airline policies and airport procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer service and passenger-handling abilities.
