Role Overview The Partner Success Manager (PSM) is responsible for driving widespread product adoption, organizational engagement, business value realization, and long-term partnership success across Infosys delivery organizations.
Working closely with Delivery Directors, Practice Heads, Delivery Managers, Program Managers, Project Managers, QA Leaders, Architects, Consultants, PMO Leaders, and Transformation Teams, the PSM ensures the platform becomes an embedded and trusted component of delivery methodologies, governance processes, and client transformation programs.
Unlike a traditional Customer Success Manager focused on customer onboarding, adoption reviews, and renewals, the Partner Success Manager operates within a complex System Integrator ecosystem where success depends on building deep stakeholder networks, influencing delivery behaviour, securing executive sponsorship, and creating a broad community of internal advocates.
Success in this role is measured not only by adoption metrics but by the strength of stakeholder relationships, the depth of organizational penetration, the development of internal champions, executive engagement, and the ability to influence delivery teams without formal authority.
The PSM serves as a trusted advisor, adoption strategist, organizational influencer, and product evangelist, acting as the bridge between the Panaya and Infosys to drive enablement, advocacy, value realization, and sustainable adoption at scale.

Strategic Relationship Management & Stakeholder Engagement
Relationship capital is the foundation of this role.
The PSM will
- Develop trusted relationships across all levels of the partner organization.
- Build solid networks with Practice Heads, Delivery Managers, Program Managers, Project Managers, PMO Leaders, QA Leaders, Architects, Consultants, and Transformation Leaders.
- Create alignment between delivery leadership, practice leadership, and transformation initiatives.
- Influence delivery methodologies and project behaviours without direct authority.

Internal Product Evangelism
Executive Engagement & Sponsorship

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- 10+ years in Customer Success, Partner Success, Enterprise Consulting, Delivery Excellence, Alliance Management, Transformation Programs, or Enterprise Software.
- Experience working with large System Integrators such as Infosys, Accenture, TCS, Wipro, HCLTech, Cognizant, Capgemini, Deloitte, NTT DATA, or similar organizations.
- Strong understanding of SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA delivery and consulting operating models.
- Proven success influencing stakeholders within large matrix organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and technology adoption at scale.
- Experience building executive relationships and internal champion networks.
