Role Description The Owner at Orgaluv Agricultural Exports will oversee overall business strategy, operations, and growth for the export brand. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves managing sourcing partnerships, supervising quality assurance processes, and ensuring compliance with international export regulations and standards. The Owner will direct end-to-end export activities, including product selection, pricing, contract negotiation, private labeling arrangements, packaging decisions, documentation, and coordination with logistics partners.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining key client relationships, identifying recent market opportunities, and guiding marketing and sales initiatives to expand the brand’s global presence.



The Owner will also lead financial planning, budgeting, and risk management while mentoring core team members and fostering a culture of reliability, ethical business practices, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong background in agricultural exports, international trade, or supply chain management, with experience handling end-to-end export operations.
- Proficiency in business strategy, financial planning, and budgeting, including pricing, cost control, and margin optimization.
- Knowledge of global quality and safety standards, export documentation, customs procedures, and regulatory compliance for food and agricultural products.
- Ability to build and manage supplier networks, oversee sourcing and quality inspection, and coordinate laboratory testing and packaging solutions.
- Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and contract management with international buyers and partners.
- Experience guiding marketing and brand positioning, including private labeling, custom packaging, and participation in trade fairs or industry events.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills, with the ability to mentor staff and drive operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages relevant to export markets are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, International Trade, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel domestically
