Role Description The Owner role at Pinnacle Systems is a full-time, on-site position based in Dharapuram, responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight across all business functions. The individual in this role will define long-term vision and growth plans, guide product strategy for ERP and related solutions, and ensure strong alignment between technology capabilities and market needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing operations, managing key client relationships, reviewing financial performance, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.





The Owner will lead and mentor senior leaders, foster a collaborative and inclusive culture, and drive initiatives that support innovation, digital transformation, and customer satisfaction. This role also involves identifying new market opportunities, managing business risks, and representing Pinnacle Systems in industry forums and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills, with experience guiding technology or software businesses.
- Business development, client relationship management, and negotiation skills to grow and retain key accounts in textile and apparel sectors.
- Operational management and process optimization skills, including experience improving efficiency, cost control, and scalability.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for a growing technology-focused organization.
- Relevant background in textiles, fashion, apparel manufacturing, or enterprise software implementation is highly beneficial.
- Ability to build and mentor diverse teams, promote an inclusive workplace, and collaborate across product, sales, and support functions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the company to customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in entrepreneurship or senior leadership.
