Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end B2B operations, including order processing, quick commerce platform appointments, dispatch planning, and on-time deliveries.
- Oversee last-mile delivery operations, ensuring productive, timely, and cost-effective order fulfilment.
- Coordinate with quick commerce platforms, distributors, logistics partners, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Manage customer satisfaction, service levels, and timely resolution of operational issues and escalations.
- Monitor and reduce Return to Origin (RTO) rates through effective coordination, tracking, and corrective actions.
- Develop strategies for customer retention and improved service experience.
- Manage warehouse operations and order fulfilment using EasyEcom WMS.
- Ensure smooth execution of Purchase Order (PO)-based operations, order tracking, fulfilment, and delivery compliance.
- Monitor and control demurrage, freight, and other logistics-related costs.
- Track operational KPIs, including order fulfilment rate, on-time delivery, RTO percentage, customer complaints, and logistics costs.
- Ensure inventory coordination and stock availability for B2B and quick commerce channels.
- Handle inventory reconciliation, returns, damages, short deliveries, and claims management.




- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Prepare regular MIS reports on order processing, dispatches, deliveries, returns, and operational performance.
- Ensure adherence to platform-specific SOPs, documentation requirements, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Customer Support, and E-Commerce teams to ensure seamless business operations.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B operations, logistics, supply chain, or order fulfilment.
- Hands-on experience managing quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
- Working knowledge of EasyEcom WMS is preferred.
- Strong understanding of PO-based execution, dispatch planning, and last-mile delivery.
- Experience in RTO management, inventory reconciliation, and logistics cost optimisation.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or D2C brands will be preferred.
