Role Description The Operations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater Noida.

The Operations

Executive will coordinate day-to-day travel operations, including managing bookings, packages, transfers, and tickets, while ensuring accurate and timely execution of itineraries. This role involves liaising with internal teams, partners, and clients to confirm arrangements, resolve operational issues, and maintain clear communication throughout the travel lifecycle.

Executive will track schedules,



monitor service quality, handle documentation and reporting, and support process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. The position also requires maintaining compliance with company policies and assisting in the implementation of standardized operating procedures across destinations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily workflows, coordinate bookings, and maintain service standards.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review data, identify issues, and support decision-making that improves operational efficiency.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with teams, vendors, and clients and to manage expectations professionally.
- Relevant experience in travel, hospitality, or destination management operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and reservation/booking systems is an advantage.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent qualified experience in hospitality, tourism, business, or a related field is preferred.
