Qualifications





- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills, with experience in coordinating daily workflows and process execution.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support decision-making in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, traders, and partners.
- Ability to work with structured systems, CRMs, and basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attention to detail, discipline, and a structured approach to work, especially in compliance-focused environments.
- Interest in or exposure to crypto markets, financial operations, or trading desks is an advantage.
