- Monitor the day-to-day operations of all residential sites from the back office.
- Track site performance, staffing, attendance, and manpower deployment with support from the Operations Managers (OMs).
- Monitor facility management activities including housekeeping, security, technical, and horticulture services.
- Schedule and conduct monthly back-office review meetings with the Operations Team to review site performance and operational progress.
- Ensure Operations Managers submit monthly operational metrics/KPIs within the defined timeline.
- Review the submitted monthly metrics against assigned targets and ensure the Operations Team is achieving the required performance levels.
- Identify performance gaps, prepare corrective action plans, and follow up with the respective Operations Managers until closure.
- Coordinate with Facility Managers and Site Teams to ensure smooth and effective operations.
- Track client complaints, escalations, and ensure timely closure.
- Monitor statutory compliance, SOP adherence, and service quality across all sites.
- Analyse operational reports and identify areas requiring improvement or corrective action.
- Coordinate with HR,



Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams for site requirements.
- Prepare and provide monthly management reports covering operational performance, KPI achievement, major issues, corrective actions, and overall site status.
- Escalate critical operational issues and target deviations to management with recommended action plans.
