Role Description The Operations Associate (Fresher) will support day-to-day operational activities that ensure smooth execution of procurement and facility management services.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, tracking orders and service requests, maintaining accurate records and dashboards, and assisting in resolving operational issues. The role also involves monitoring process performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting customer queries related to orders and services. This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless experience to clients.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in Operations

- Candidates should possess strong Operations skills, including process coordination, task tracking, and basic understanding of procurement or facility management workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills to collaborate effectively with teammates, vendors, and clients in a professional and respectful manner.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, spot patterns or issues, and support decision-making with clear, structured insights.
