Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) is looking for experienced professionals to join its Operations & Maintenance team for EHV Substations. The role involves maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and protection of substation equipment to ensure high system reliability, equipment availability, and secure operations of transmission assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of EHV substation equipment.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of substation assets, protection systems, and auxiliary equipment.
- Perform testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of protection relays and associated schemes.
- Analyze system faults, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve network reliability.
- Interpret control and protection schematics and resolve equipment-related issues effectively.
- Execute maintenance activities for AIS, GIS, transformers, switchgear, protection systems, and auxiliary systems.




- Plan and optimize annual shutdown activities while minimizing equipment downtime.
- Maintain testing records and documentation related to protection and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, hazard identification processes, and safe maintenance practices.
- Monitor spare inventory requirements and coordinate procurement of critical maintenance materials.
- Support implementation of quality, safety, environmental, and IMS standards within substation operations.

Candidate Profile

- BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

- Strong understanding of AIS/GIS substations and auxiliary systems.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, vendors, and service providers.
