LH2Holdings is an AI-powered digital media accelerator and holding company. We acquire or partner with digital media brands (content websites now are > YouTube channels, social media creators, podcasts, and newsletters in the future) and scale them through tech, content and distribution infrastructure.

This is powered by LH2 Media OS – an AI-powered platform that helps digital content brands scale by optimising the entire content value chain – from identifying viral topics and trends in real time to generating story angles, research, and editorial support. We currently work with ~25 brands across different niches with ~50M monthly pageviews under management wherein each brand has been scaled 3-10x.

Role Overview

We are looking for a fast-paced, trend-aware, and pop culture-savvy Entertainment News Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the U.S. entertainment industry and be comfortable covering breaking celebrity news, viral internet moments, streaming content, television, movies, music, and social media trends.

This role is ideal for someone who understands digital audiences, thrives in a fast-moving newsroom environment, and can turn trending entertainment topics into engaging, high-performing content.

Key Responsibilities

● Write 4-5 articles per day across multiple entertainment categories

● Cover breaking celebrity news,



streaming releases, viral social media moments, TV shows, movies, music, and internet culture

● Monitor platforms such as X (Twitter), TikTok, Reddit, Instagram, and YouTube for emerging trends and stories

● Produce engaging, accurate, and timely content optimized for digital audiences

● Conduct research and fact-check information before publication

● Create compelling headlines and hooks that improve readership and engagement

● Optimize articles for SEO, Discover, and social media performance

● Collaborate with editors to maintain editorial quality and publishing consistency

● Pitch fresh and timely entertainment story ideas regularly

Required Qualifications

● 2+ years of experience in entertainment journalism, digital media, or entertainment content writing

● Strong understanding of U.S. pop culture, celebrity news, streaming platforms, and internet trends

● Excellent written English and storytelling skills

● Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines

● Strong attention to detail and editorial accuracy

● Familiarity with WordPress, Google Docs, and digital publishing workflows

Preferred Skills

● Experience writing for entertainment or pop culture publications

● Familiarity with SEO tools, Google Trends, and audience engagement strategies

● Robust understanding of viral content and social media conversations

● Ability to identify emerging entertainment trends before they peak
