Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream.
- A degree in Education is a must.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an MYP Coordinator is required for this position.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Oversee the planning, implementation and development of the MYP curriculum.
- Ensure the curriculum aligns with the IB MYP framework, objectives and requirements.
- Guide and support teachers in understanding and implementing the MYP framework.
- Organise regular departmental and curriculum planning meetings.
- Monitor the development and implementation of assessment plans.
- Promote inquiry-based, concept-driven and student-centred learning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savviness and readiness to apply technology in education are musts for all positions
