Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mobilization role based in Bhilai. The Mobilization team member will engage with community groups, local leaders, and partner organizations to raise awareness about the foundation’s programs and services. Daily responsibilities include organizing outreach activities, coordinating events and workshops, facilitating group meetings, and supporting beneficiaries in accessing available resources.

The role involves collecting feedback from community members, documenting field activities, and reporting on progress to program leadership.



The team member will also collaborate with internal staff to refine mobilization strategies and ensure alignment with the foundation’s empowerment-focused mission.

Qualifications

- Ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse community members and local stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking and group facilitation.
- Organizational and time-management skills to coordinate events, outreach activities, and field visits.
- Basic data collection and reporting skills, including maintaining accurate records of mobilization initiatives.
- Commitment to empowerment, social inclusion, and ethical, non-discriminatory practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhilai, including regular fieldwork within surrounding communities.
- Prior experience in community outreach, social work, or development programs is an advantage.
- Relevant educational background in social sciences, community development, or related fields is preferred.
