Role Description The NBFC/BFSI Trainer role is a contract, on-site position based in Warangal. The trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs focused on NBFC and broader BFSI concepts, regulatory frameworks, products, processes, and customer service standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting classroom and practical training sessions, preparing training materials, case studies, and assessments, and tailoring content to different learner groups such as freshers and experienced professionals.





The trainer will collaborate with corporate partners and internal stakeholders to understand skill gaps, update modules in line with industry changes, and ensure training outcomes meet client expectations. The role may also involve mentoring participants, tracking performance, and reporting training effectiveness and feedback to the management team.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of NBFC and BFSI domains, including retail banking, lending products, risk management, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
- Experience in corporate or vocational training, with skills in curriculum design, instructional delivery, and learner assessment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and simplify complex concepts.
- Ability to use digital tools for training support (MS Office, presentations, basic LMS platforms) and create structured training content and reports.
- Prior professional experience in banking, financial services, NBFC operations, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
- Solid analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on measurable training outcomes.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, management, economics, or a related field; relevant certifications in BFSI or training methodologies are an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Warangal and collaborate with corporate clients, institutional partners, and internal teams.
