About the roleWe're looking for someone who lives on the internet and can turn a trend into a joke before it stops being a trend. You'll write the captions, hooks, and scripts that make people hit share, for brands and creators we work with.

What you'll do

- Write meme captions, one-liners, and short-form content ideas across Instagram and other social platforms
- Spot trending formats, sounds, and cultural moments early and adapt them for brands
- Pitch fresh meme ideas daily and work with the designer to bring them to life
- Adjust humour and tone to suit different brands and audiences
- Keep up with what's working across meme pages, creators, and communities

What we're looking for
- Gen Z, with a robust sense of internet culture and meme formats
- Sharp, original sense of humour and good Hinglish/English writing
- Knows the line between funny and cringe, and between edgy and offensive
- Can work to deadlines and take feedback without taking it personally
- Experience running a meme page or writing for social media is a big plus (portfolio or page link required)

Good to have
- Basic knowledge of Canva or video editing
- Understanding of brand and creator marketing
