Mechanical BIM Engineer | CADTECH International (India)
CADTECH International, a UK-based company, is expanding its team in India. We are looking for experienced CAD & Revit professionals to join us on international infrastructure projects.
Experience:
- 2–5+ years in Mechanical and PHE BIM projects. Experience working on Middle East, UK, or US projects will be given the highest preference.
Key Skills & Experience:
- AutoCAD and Revit proficiency
- Drainage layouts, networks, and manholes
- Pumping stations and pump rooms
- Mechanical services and equipment layouts
- AutoCAD site plans and profile drawings
- Drawing coordination, working with coordinates, and accurately linking drawings
- Civil, Mechanical, and Architectural drawing coordination
- Basic architectural knowledge
- Basic P&ID; knowledge (preferred)
English Communication Skills (Important):
You will work on UK-based projects and may communicate directly with UK clients and engineers through meetings and Teams calls. Candidates should be:
- Confident speaking English
- Comfortable with direct UK client communication
- Able to discuss technical requirements clearly and professionally
Location & Work Model:
- In office role based at our office in Thiruvananthapuram
- Candidates must be willing to relocate to our Neeleswaram office in the future if required
