Growth Manager – E-commerce & Marketplaces

Qiroko is a fashion accessories brand spanning watches, jewellery, and bags. We’re looking for an energetic, analytical candidate with high ownership to help drive our marketplace business and be part of the brand’s 1-to-100 growth journey.

About the Role

You will take hands-on ownership of marketplace growth—from launching products and running ads to ensuring orders leave the warehouse on time. This role combines analytical thinking with day-to-day execution and is suited to someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and taking responsibility for results.

What You’ll Own

Product listings and catalogue management

- List and launch new products on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, and the Qiroko website.
- Ensure product titles, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up to date.
- Resolve listing issues and improve catalogue quality to support visibility and conversion.

Warehouse and fulfilment operations

- Manage daily order processing and coordinate timely picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Plan and coordinate B2B inventory shipments to Amazon, Myntra and Blinkit.
- Ensure shipment documentation, labels, inventory records, and dispatch requirements are accurate.
- Coordinate stock availability to reduce stockouts and fulfilment delays.

Advertising and marketplace growth

- Set up, monitor, and optimise advertising campaigns across marketplaces.
- Manage ad budgets, track campaign performance, and maximise return on ad spend (ROAS).




- Analyse product-level performance to identify growth opportunities and take corrective action.

Deals, coupons, and promotions

- Identify and opt in to relevant marketplace deals, coupons, and sale events.
- Plan promotions to improve visibility and sales while protecting margins.
- Measure results and use the learnings to improve future campaigns.

Who We’re Looking For

- A fresher or someone with 1–5 years of experience in e-commerce growth, marketplace management, or related operations.
- Strong logical reasoning, numerical ability, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Excel to organise data, work with formulas, and analyse performance.
- A strong sense of ownership—you follow through, resolve issues, and take accountability for outcomes.
- Willingness to learn marketplace tools and advertising platforms quickly.
- Comfortable with both analytical work and hands-on warehouse coordination.
- Able to work from our Begur, Bengaluru office, six days a week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Prior exposure to marketplace seller dashboards is a plus. Freshers with strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
