Writers Capital International Foundation invites applications from motivated and result-oriented individuals to join its publishing division, Writers International Edition Publishing House, as Author Acquisition Executives.

The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, connect with and acquire aspiring and established authors interested in publishing their books through our publishing house.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with prospective authors seeking publishing opportunities.
- Generate publishing leads through LinkedIn, social media, professional networks and other channels.
- Introduce authors to our publishing services and available publishing packages.
- Communicate with prospective authors, understand their requirements and facilitate publishing enquiries.
- Follow up with interested authors and convert enquiries into confirmed publishing projects.




- Develop networks within literary communities, writing groups and author associations.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in literature, books and the publishing industry.
- Experience in sales, marketing, business development or client acquisition will be an advantage.
- Ability to network, generate leads and work independently.
- Self-motivation and a result-oriented approach.

Compensation Commission-Based Engagement

This is a performance-based prospect with attractive commissions for every successfully acquired publishing project. There is no fixed monthly salary.
