Role Description The Marketing Intern role is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting marketing initiatives across digital and contact center channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with market research, gathering and analyzing customer insights, and helping develop basic marketing strategies and campaign concepts. The intern will support content creation for social media and other digital platforms, coordinate with internal teams on promotional activities,



and help track campaign performance.

Additional tasks may involve contributing to sales enablement materials, maintaining marketing databases or CRM tools, and providing responsive customer service to ensure positive client and customer experiences.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear writing, active listening, and professional interpersonal interaction.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, such as data gathering, basic analysis, and understanding of target audiences and trends.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills, including an interest in branding, campaign planning, and understanding digital marketing fundamentals.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with office and collaboration tools, familiarity with social media platforms, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
