About Machine Maker

Machine Maker, known as The Voice of Manufacturing, is a Pune-based B2B media house with over 16 years of experience in connecting India's manufacturing industry through print publications, digital content, videos, exhibitions, and brand partnerships.

We are looking for a creative, organised, and communication-oriented Executive – Marketing & Branding to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute marketing, branding, and content initiatives for client accounts and the company.

· Understand client requirements, brands, and target audiences to develop effective marketing briefs.

· Coordinate with internal teams across Content, Video, Design, Customer Management, and Sales.

· Create, review, and refine marketing content, including LinkedIn posts, campaign copies, presentations, and proposals.

· Ensure brand consistency across marketing communication and promotional materials.

· Monitor campaign activities, deliverables, timelines, and client feedback.

· Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

· Contribute creative ideas for brand visibility, digital engagement,



and business growth.

What We're Looking For

· 3–4 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, Content Marketing, Client Servicing, or Account Coordination.

· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

· Strong content writing, editing, and coordination abilities.

· Understanding of marketing fundamentals, branding, and digital communication.

· Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

· Confidence in handling client interactions and working with cross-functional teams.

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.

· Experience in B2B, media, industrial, or manufacturing sectors will be an added advantage.
