- Drive the overseas growth of our own medical device brand, owning the strategy, the markets, and the results.
- Shape the overseas expansion strategy: decide which markets to enter, in what order, with what pricing, positioning, and partner model.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard distributors, dealers, and strategic partners, and negotiate commercial terms, agreements, and exclusivity arrangements.
- Drive product registrations with the regulatory team, so the brand is market-ready ahead of expansion plans.
- Plan the exhibition and lead generation strategy, combining trade shows, digital outreach, B2B platforms, and networking, and build a team that converts leads consistently.
- Travel overseas to meet distributors, hospitals, and key opinion leaders, and represent the brand.
- Develop OEM and private-label business as an additional growth
- Work directly with the promoters and senior management.
