As a Managed Services - Expense Accounting - Manager you will lead client support work focused on outsourced expense accounting processes, data review, processing, quality controls, and issue resolution within our Managed Services practice. As a Manager you will guide teams, coach professionals, and bring a practical understanding of business operations to help drive project delivery, manage performance, and navigate client needs with integrity and authenticity. In this role at PwC, you will oversee work streams, monitor timelines and deliverables, identify opportunities to improve processes,



and use technology to support consistent service delivery for clients.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end expense and BASP accounting, including balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, reporting, and ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.

Drive team performance and process improvement through KPI monitoring, error-reduction plans, standardization, governance, and transformation initiatives.

Lead stakeholder and team development activities, including regular onshore connects, training, knowledge-sharing, cross-skilling, capacity management, backup planning, and succession planning.

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5-7 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
