Role Description This is a full-time, in office Maintenance Manager role based in Sonipat.

The Maintenance

Manager oversees daily maintenance operations for production and packaging equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and safe, efficient plant functioning.

Responsibilities include planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance technicians, and coordinating maintenance and repair activities across the facility. The role involves diagnosing equipment issues, arranging necessary resources and spare parts, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards.

The Maintenance





Manager also collaborates with production and quality teams to improve equipment performance, maintain accurate maintenance records, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong maintenance management skills, including Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair for manufacturing or packaging equipment.
- Hands-on technical expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Proven Supervisory Skills to lead, train, and coordinate maintenance teams and manage shift workloads effectively.
- Experience implementing maintenance plans, maintaining documentation, and working with CMMS or similar maintenance tracking systems.
- Solid understanding of industrial safety standards and compliance requirements in a plant environment.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Prior experience in packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing industry maintenance roles is preferred.
- Ability to analyze equipment performance data, support cost-effective maintenance decisions, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
