Role Description The Maintenance Engineer/Utility role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Aurangabad manufacturing facility. The role involves performing routine and corrective maintenance on plant equipment, utilities, and support systems to ensure smooth and secure operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, coordinating repairs with internal teams or external vendors, and documenting maintenance activities.

The Maintenance





Engineer/Utility professional will also support equipment installation and commissioning, monitor performance, and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency. Collaboration with production, safety, and quality teams is expected to maintain compliance with operational and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Maintenance Engineering and Maintenance & Repair for industrial equipment and utilities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure reliable and efficient plant operations.
- Candidates should possess Electrical Maintenance skills for troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems and components.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field) from a recognized institution.
- Experience in chemical, specialty materials, or process manufacturing environments is beneficial.
- Knowledge of safety standards, permit-to-work systems, and basic understanding of ISO or similar quality systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings, equipment manuals, and use maintenance tools and diagnostic instruments effectively.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in shifts as required by plant operations.
