Role Description The Logistics Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Rohtas. This role is responsible for coordinating daily inbound and outbound shipments, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery to customers and partners.

The Logistics

Executive will manage documentation, work closely with transport and warehouse teams, monitor inventory movements, and resolve any logistical issues that may arise. The role includes maintaining accurate records, updating stakeholders, supporting basic sales coordination related to orders, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through explicit communication and proactive follow-up.

Executive will also assist in optimizing logistics processes and supporting the overall supply chain operations of the company.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong logistics and supply chain skills, including Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management.
- Candidates should possess customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Sales.
- Candidates should possess interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal Communication.
- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or related operations is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets, email, data entry systems); familiarity with logistics or ERP software is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Rohtas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to changing operational needs.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required.
