We are hiring LMS Administrator - Docebo!

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end course setup, configuration, and publishing within the Docebo LMS platform.




- Publish and maintain learning content for customers, partners, and internal audiences.
- Adapt quickly to evolving business requirements, curriculum updates, and learning processes.
- Work closely with the Senior LMS Administrator to ensure smooth execution of LMS operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to LMS functionality, course configuration, and content delivery.
- Maintain documentation, process guides, and trackers related to course publishing and LMS administration.
- Follow and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
- Generate and maintain reports on course completion, learner activity, and content status.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in LMS administration and support.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with the Docebo LMS platform.
- Solid understanding of course configuration, content structuring, and publishing workflows.
- Experience managing LMS content and supporting learning operations.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills, with strong attention to detail.
