Role Description The Logistics Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in the Mohali district, responsible for overseeing day-to-day freight and logistics operations. This role includes coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.

The Logistics

Coordinator will maintain accurate records, manage inventory-related documentation, and collaborate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and avoid delays. Daily responsibilities also involve communicating with customers, responding to inquiries, and providing status updates to ensure a high level of service.



The role requires close attention to detail, adherence to company procedures, and proactive coordination to support efficient supply chain and warehouse operations.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to track shipments, interpret logistics data, and support problem-solving and process improvement.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with carriers, customers, and internal teams and to document and share information clearly.
