AAN Legal is expanding its Hyderabad team and invites applications from motivated and talented legal professionals for the following positions:
- Associate – Real Estate
Experience: 0–4 Years PQE
Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end title due diligence and prepare title search reports in various lender-prescribed formats.
- Conduct online searches across relevant portals to identify encumbrances, litigation, restrictions on mortgage, and records with CERSAI and MCA.
- Examine chain of title documents, land records, statutory approvals and permissions.
- Coordinate with clients, lenders and other stakeholders.
- Associate – Banking & Finance
Experience: 0–4 Years PQE
Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in secured and unsecured lending transactions.
- Draft and review loan agreements, security documents and other financing documents.
- Conduct legal due diligence and prepare transaction checklists.
- Assist with security creation, perfection and post-disbursement compliances.
- Coordinate with banks,
financial institutions, borrowers, security trustees and other stakeholders.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Applicants should possess
- LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- Relevant experience in a law firm, bank, financial institution or corporate legal team.
- Strong drafting, legal research and analytical skills.
- Sound knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, detail-oriented and solution-driven approach.
