Role Description The Lead Trainer is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division, responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for emergency response and operational teams. This role involves designing training curricula, preparing learning materials, and conducting classroom and field-based training sessions.

The Lead

Trainer will assess skill gaps, maintain training records, and ensure adherence to organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and European best practice protocols. Day-to-day activities include coaching and mentoring trainees, coordinating with operational leadership to align training with service needs, organizing refresher courses,



and continuously improving training content based on performance feedback and field outcomes. The individual in this role will also support the implementation of new procedures, contribute to quality assurance initiatives, and help build a culture of safety, accountability, and service excellence.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in training design, delivery, and evaluation, preferably in healthcare, emergency services, or related fields.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and simplify complex concepts.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to trainees and team members.
- Solid organizational and planning skills, including managing schedules, documenting training activities, and maintaining accurate training records.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including clinical, operations, and management staff.
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments and responding to evolving operational and training needs.
- Knowledge of emergency medical services, clinical protocols, or public health systems is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, healthcare, training, or a related discipline.
- Commitment to service, ethical conduct, and continuous improvement aligned with SumeetSSG’s mission and values.
