The Lead Software engineer I is responsible for performing software verification testing of software products as per medical device standards and regulations.

This position reports to the Senior Engineering manager and is part of Product Software verification team located in Bengaluru and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the prospect to:





- Develop and execute Verification plans and Test protocols
- Create Verification documents like Verification report and Traceability matrix
- Collaborate with distributed, cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality, performance, scalability, reliability and scheduled goals
- Works closely with the software development team, the software quality team, the functional manager and the project manager.

The essential requirements of the job include:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years’ experience as Verification Test Engineer

- Prior experience in tools like HP ALM, confluence, JIRA, or any other similar tools
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience in Agile development processes and methodologies
- Experience in Health care domain

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

- Experience of software development & testing in a regulated development environment.
