About the OpportunityWe are looking for an accomplished Lead SoC Architect to define and drive the architecture of next-generation semiconductor products.

This role is designed for a senior technical professional with deep expertise in complex SoC architecture, system-level design, and subsystem integration.

You will take ownership of architectural decisions, drive critical engineering trade-offs, and work across multidisciplinary teams to translate ambitious product requirements into scalable, high-performance silicon.

We value architects who combine system-level thinking with hands-on technical depth.

What You'll Lead

- Define top-level SoC architecture, system partitioning, and subsystem specifications.
- Drive PPA trade-offs across performance, power, area, bandwidth, latency, and scalability.
- Architect memory hierarchies, NoC/interconnects, cache structures, and coherency mechanisms.
- Lead performance modeling, workload analysis, and architectural simulations using C/C++/SystemC.
- Evaluate and integrate complex IPs across CPU, GPU, NPU, PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, and multimedia.
- Drive architectural alignment with RTL, Design Verification, Physical Design, Firmware, and Software teams.
- Establish system-level validation strategies and support silicon bring-up, debugging, and optimization.
- Influence technical direction and contribute to long-term SoC product architecture roadmaps.

What We're Looking For
- 12+ years of experience in SoC Architecture, ASIC Design,



or complex semiconductor development.
- Strong understanding of modern SoC architectures and subsystem integration.
- Expertise in one or more areas:
- CPU / GPU / NPU architectures
- NoC and interconnect architecture
- Cache coherency (AMBA CHI / ACE / CXL)
- PCIe / UCIe / Ethernet
- DDR5 / LPDDR5X / HBM memory systems
- Power, Performance, and Area optimization
- Experience in architecture modeling, performance analysis, and system-level simulation.
- Strong understanding of RTL, microarchitecture, and hardware-software interaction.
- Proven ability to drive architectural decisions and lead cross-functional technical teams.

Preferred ExperienceExperience in one or more of the following will be a strong advantage:
- AI accelerators and GPU architectures
- RISC-V and next-generation compute platforms
- Networking and datacenter-class SoCs
- Chiplet-based and multi-die architectures
- Advanced process technologies and package integration
- Emulation, FPGA prototyping, and silicon validation

The Leadership ExpectationThis is a hands-on technical leadership role. We are looking for someone who can own architecture decisions, challenge design assumptions, engage deeply in technical discussions, and lead engineering teams through technical expertise.
