Key Responsibilities & Skills

- Identify and drive network automation opportunities across Plan, Design, Build, Test, Change, and Operate.
- Define automation workflows, roadmaps, reusable patterns, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with Closed-Loop, Intent-Based and Autonomous Network Automation.
- Valuable understanding of human-in-the-loop controls, rollback, exception handling, and automation governance.
- Knowledge of APIs, workflow engines, OSS/ITSM integration, and network orchestration.
- Exposure to AI/Agentic AI-based network automation preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and process documentation skills.
