Role Description The Lead Generation Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position focuses on identifying and qualifying new leads through multiple channels such as calls, emails, online research, and networking. The specialist will maintain and update lead databases, schedule and coordinate follow-ups, to support conversions and achieve revenue targets.

Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, initiating contact,



and sharing relevant information about iYogi InsureTech’s products and services. The role also involves tracking lead performance, preparing basic reports, and providing feedback to help optimize lead generation strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Leads and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective customers.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Sales skills to engage prospects, explain offerings clearly, and support closure of opportunities.
- Candidates should possess effective Research skills to gather data on target markets, organizations, and decision-makers.
- Candidates should have good interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively with sales and operations teams.
- Relevant experience in insurance, financial services, or telesales is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory, depending on experience.
