About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic SaaS Lead Generation Intern to support our business development team in identifying potential B2B clients and generating qualified leads for our SaaS products. This internship is ideal for someone interested in B2B sales, SaaS business development, and lead generation, with an prospect to gain hands-on experience in building sales pipelines and engaging with business decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential B2B clients and target companies.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and other channels.
- Identify key decision-makers such as HR Heads, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Founders.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified prospects.
- Conduct initial outreach and follow up with potential clients.
- Understand prospect requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Schedule product demos and sales meetings for the sales team.




- Maintain accurate lead information and activity records in CRM.
- Support outbound campaigns and contribute to improving lead generation strategies.

Requirements

- Internship or practical experience in lead generation, sales, or business development is preferred.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation.
- Interest in SaaS products, HR Tech, Recruitment Tech, or AI-powered solutions.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and prospect research.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or CRM tools is an advantage.
- Good communication, research, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to identify potential customers and decision-makers.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Internship Details

Work Mode: Remote

Duration: 3–6 Months

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
