About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Outbound Marketing / GTM Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound campaigns, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with prospect research, sales intelligence tools, and outreach automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute outbound marketing and GTM strategies to generate qualified B2B leads.
- Conduct LinkedIn lead generation and prospecting using LinkedIn/Sales Navigator.
- Plan and execute cold email campaigns and follow-up sequences.
- Manage outreach automation and lead-nurturing campaigns.
- Research target accounts, decision-makers, and potential prospects.
- Build and maintain accurate sales lead databases.
- Use tools such as Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and similar sales intelligence platforms for prospect identification and data enrichment.
- Segment prospects based on industry, geography, company size,



job title, and other ICP criteria.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Track campaign performance and optimize outreach based on response and conversion metrics.
- Maintain regular reports on leads generated, outreach activities, responses, and conversions.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in Outbound Marketing, B2B Lead Generation, GTM, or Sales Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Lead Generation and Email Marketing.
- Experience with Apollo, Lusha, Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting tools.
- Knowledge of outreach automation tools and email sequencing.
- Solid understanding of ICP, prospecting, lead qualification, and sales funnels.
- Excellent research, communication, and data-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve lead-generation targets.
