Role - Lead Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Dashboarding & Business Analytics (80%)

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Translate business requirements into meaningful reports, KPIs, and actionable insights.
- Optimize dashboard performance, usability, and data accuracy.
- Develop data models and implement DAX measures to support reporting and analytics.

ETL & Data Workflows (20%)

- Build, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines and data workflows using SQL and Python.
- Extract, transform, validate, and integrate data from multiple sources.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems.

Data Modeling & Technical Expertise





- Apply advanced SQL techniques for complex data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Work with cloud data platforms and contemporary data environments.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data workflows, and analytical solutions.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Lead and mentor data analysts, providing technical guidance and support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define analytical solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate insights effectively, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
