As part of this international network, the Law Firm in Indore offers interns exposure to global perspectives on legal matters and professional standards.

Role Description The Law Student Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The intern will assist attorneys with legal research, case law analysis, and drafting documents such as memoranda, briefs, and contracts. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and organizing case files, preparing summaries, supporting due diligence activities, and contributing to client-ready materials under supervision.

The intern will help with internal and external communications, attend meetings and court proceedings when needed, and maintain accurate records and documentation. This role provides structured mentorship,



hands-on experience with real cases, and opportunities to learn about both domestic and international legal practices.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law, including core legal principles and procedures relevant to ongoing matters.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting statutes, case law, and complex legal issues.
- Effective Communication abilities, including clear oral communication and qualified interaction with team members and clients.
- Solid Writing skills for drafting legal documents, summaries, and correspondence with attention to detail and clarity.
- Proficient Research skills, including use of legal databases, libraries, and online resources to support case preparation.
- Currently enrolled in a law degree program from an accredited institution.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Indore, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines responsibly.
- High ethical standards, confidentiality, and a strong interest in litigation and/or corporate law.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications (word processing, presentations, legal research tools) and willingness to learn new systems.
