WE ARE HIRING - KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER / SALES MANAGER- ELECTRONICS & SEMICONDUCTOR INDUSTRY

Our product portfolio includes RF Components, Electro-Mechanical Components, Passive Components, Power Modules, Interconnect Components, and Wireless Products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.

•Manage key customer accounts, inventory, receivables, and backlog.

•Develop new customers and generate business opportunities within the assigned territory.

•Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, principals, and suppliers.

•Work closely with Product Managers and Field Application Engineers (FAEs) on leads, projects, and customer requirements.

•Conduct regular customer visits and joint visits with suppliers/principals as required.

•Handle customer rejections, RMA, and other account-related issues.

•Prepare sales forecasts and provide market intelligence to the team.

•Drive adoption of the Unified Product Basket across key accounts.

•Follow sales processes,



territory planning, and forecasting activities.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

•Graduate with 5-10 years of experience in Sales / Key Account Management.

•Experience handling key accounts / large customers in the domestic market.

•Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with customers.

•Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

•Customer-focused, proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented.

•Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/ERP tools such as Zoho /ERPNext.

•Excellent spoken and written English.
